Welcome to our film looking at the Severn Valley Railway. It was shot in 2022 and at the time of the Queen's Jubilee celebrations hence the numerous flags and streams of bunting. West Country pacific 34027 Taw Valley was repainted in Jubilee purple for the occasion. We see a mixture of steam and diesel locos in action plus those on shed at Bridgnorth and in the display centre at Highley. On the two occasions of filming it was mostly the home fleet in action but others are to be seen. All the stations are featured either as a filming location or from the train as it passes.
There is no commentary but an information sheet is provided to guide you through. Experience it all as if you were there.
