2025 marks the 65th anniversary of the Class 37 and as of summer, it's turning out to be a great year for these locos. This edition includes:
Far North Weekend: In March, 37401+37403 embarked on an epic three-day tour, taking 37/4s back to Thurso and Wick. Running as either a double header or top and tail, the locos arrived at Inverness on the Friday via a trip on the Strathspey Railway with 37674 and on the Saturday, made the full length journey all the way to the top. On the Sunday they headed from Inverness to Bo'ness via Aberdeen. Full coverage of the weekend includes the classic shots on the Forth and Tay bridges, arrival into the train sheds at both Thurso and Wick, some rare track, run round moves and lots of run pasts on these scenic Scottish railways.

Spring/Summer 2025: 37601 reverts back to 37501 and goes BSC Blue; 37403 works the Aberdeen Sleeper; 37057 & 37508 at the KWVR gala and 37264, 37418 & 37688 at the NYMR gala; 37240 returns to the mainline; new livery for 37422; ROG & LSL unit and stock moves; 97s on engineers jobs; 37418 and Caroline and 37s around the Midlands on a variety of jobs.
