Due to the current covid-lockdown restrictions, Locomaster have said they cannot realistically plan a release date for this programme as yet. However, we will post any updates as soon as we have them, but in the meantime we are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be towards the end of March or early April.

The good news is that they are working on the next Traction programme. Their team of cameramen have again excelled themselves to bring you the best of the traction action from June to December of last year.

Here are just a few of the items that you can expect to see…50007 & 50049 on a variety of weird and wonderful GBRf stock moves, former Greater Anglia Class 90s enter service for Freightliner, redundant rolling stock - including Heathrow Express 332 units - heading to the scrapyard, Loram Class 20s travel to Plymouth, 92020 propelling a failed 66787 on the Irvine-Dollands Moor china clay tanks, DCR’s 56103 hauling rake of stored Freightliner coal hoppers to Shirebrook, Pullman-liveried 67021 & 67024 ‘top & tailing’ track maintenance wagons to Dollands Moor, 73128 & 73213 hauling two new Merseyrail Stadler units from Dollands Moor to Tonbridge, DRS’ 57002 hauling a rake of car transporters from Eastleigh to Dagenham Dock, 67028 rescuing 60015 on the Wolves-Immingham steel, WCRC duo 37518 & 37706 hauling a breakdown crane from Wigan to Margam, 40145 on hire to LSL with visits to Long Marston and London Euston, 37516 & 37669 on the Georgemas Junction-Inverness timber traffic, 37425 returns to traffic for DRS in Regional Railways livery, 20118 & 20132 on hire to DRS hauling Network Rail’s tilting point carrying train, 47593 hauling a rake of 14 former Caledonian Sleeper coaches to the North Norfolk Railway, DCR’s 60046 on Chiltern stock moves between Wembley and Bristol, GBRf’s 56081 returns to the main line on rolling stock moves, a variety of traction working the S&C ‘Staycation Expresses’, ROG Class 37s rescuing failed Greater Anglia Stadler units, GBRF’s former Swedish Class 66s enter traffic, LSL’s stunning Midland Pullman HST enters service…and a round-up of the autumn leaf busters.
