Electrification of London's bus routes continues apace, this DVD covers 2022 and part of 2023. The BYD/Alexander-Dennis Enviro400EV type of bus features on five of the nine routes on this DVD, some of these buses are the enhanced specification type which have high backed seats, USB sockets, colour information screens and roof glazing. The Enviro200EV single decker is operating on three of the routes, and the Wrightbus StreetDecker Electroliner features on two of the routes. Operators including French Government owned RATP-DEV Transit which is an offshoot of the Paris Transport Authority, Metroline, owned by Singapore based Comfort Delgro, Abellio London, now Transport UK Group after a management buyout, and Go-Ahead London. The details of the bus routes featured on this DVD are as follows:
Route U5, Uxbridge - Hayes & Harlington Station, operated by Abellio London from their Hayes, Dawley road garage. BYD/AD Enviro 400EV enhanced specification buses were introduced in May/June 2022, however in January 2023 these buses were sent to route 68 and Wrightbus StreetDecker Electroliner buses intended for route 111 were introduced, these operated until July 2023 when they were sent to the 111 and Enviro400EV's returned to the route.
Route 72, East Acton - Hammersmith Bridge, operated by RATP from their Shepherd's Bush garage with BYD/AD EV200EV single deckers.
Route 119, Purley Way, Colonnades - Bromley North Station, operated by Go-Ahead London from their Croydon garage with BYD/AD Enviro 400EV buses.
Route 125, Winchmore Hill - Colindale, operated by RATP from their Edgware garage with BCE class BYD/AD Enviro400EV buses.
Route 204, Sudbury Town Station - Edgware, operated by Metroline from their Edgware garage with WDE class Wrightbus Streetdeck Electroliners.
Route 264, Tooting, St. George's Hospital - West Croydon Bus Station, operated by Go-Ahead London from their Croydon Garage with Enviro400EV buses.
Route 290, Staines Bus Station - Twickenham, operated by RATP from their Fulwell garage with BYD/AD Enviro200EV BE class buses, plus a few electric buses from Fulwell garage on route 33 in Twickenham and Richmond.
Route 295, Ladbroke Grave - Clapham Junction Station operated by RATP from their Westbourne Park garage with BCE class BYD/AD Enviro400EV's.
Route 371, Kingston - Richmond, Manor Circus, operated by RATP from their Fulwell garage with BE class BYD/AD Enviro200EV single deckers, plus a few electric buses, also from Fulwell garage on route 71 in Kingston.
