Loco-hauled passenger and freight trains are in abundance, but we will see shunters and multiple units as well.
Volume 2 looks at three famous railway locations:
Chapter 1:
Norwich station on a Summer Saturday, 6th August 1988, and the station activity is almost non-stop as we look at the cross-country holiday trains, London services and local trains.
Hauled passenger trains are in the hands of Class 31s, 47s and 86s, plus a class 37 makes an appearance.
On the unit front, Derby and Metro-Cammell units are seen and even a Clacton unit.
Chapter 2:
Newport, always a magnet for the enthusiast, in 1985 and 1990.
Newport station reverberates to the sound of 33s, 37s and 47s with 31s and 56s making appearances. Liveries of course are from that period.
Chapter 3:
Milford Junction in West Yorkshire is the scene for heavy freight in 1992.
Naturally, 56s are the staple motive power but 31s, 37s, 47s, 58s and brand new 60s also appear.
