DVD No. 6 includes:
The Railfreight Years: The well-known Derbyshire locations of Peak Forest and Great Rocks Junction were home to the Class 37 for many years and we go back to the early 1990s when pairs of locos worked stone and cement trains. Wearing the Railfreight red stripe livery and the early Railfreight grey with sector branding, sub classes 37/4 and 37/5 are featured from visits in November 1990, February and May 1991. Includes snow footage and banking duties!
Preservation: BR green 37029 in action at the Epping Ongar railway diesel gala in September.
Scotland: 37421 worked an epic out and back ballast train from Millerhill Yard to Loch Eil Outward Bound on 11th/12th September. Revisiting many of its former haunts, the loco heads overnight to Fort William and then along the Mallaig line to Glenfinnan, returning the following day as a double header with 37685!
Colas IM: Three former DRS Class 37/6 locos started work for Colas during summer 2018. With 37607 and 37612 in plain blue, 37610 emerged in a old/new version of the Large Logo livery! All three are featured, plus other 37s in the COTS pool.
Anglia and Cumbria: Passenger train action with 37401 and 37402 in Cumbria and 37405 and 37409 in Anglia.
