The Delivering The Goods series focuses on the major British rail freight companies. This volume features DB Schenker, which took over English, Welsh & Scottish Railway operations in 2007. After more than 15 years of rail privatisation, this remains the biggest chunk of the freight sector, providing a wide variety of traffic flows the length and breadth of the British mainland.
