This is a 90 minute DVD featuring the eight modern systems of Britain and Ireland.

Each system is introduced with a map and a brief fleet list followed by footage of the trams in service. Not every line of every system is featured, however a general overview of how the trams operate on their system and within their environment is shown.

Presented in the year the system opened, we start in Manchester with footage of the T68 cars in the final days and then it’s Sheffield, Birmingham, Croydon, Nottingham and Blackpool. The Dublin-Luas system is included as well as trams on test on the new Edinburgh system.

Filmed in 2013/2014, this title is available in stunning hi-definition on Blu-ray disc and on normal DVD. (This is probably the first Blu-ray available featuring modern UK tram systems).
