With 2017 marking 50 years since the End of Steam on the Southern Region of British Railways, the year also marks the 50th anniversary of No. 35028 'Clan Line' running under the ownership of her society, the MNLPS, for 50 years. In this special documentary, we take an in depth look the events leading up to the engine's triumphant return to the mainline, as well as meeting her ever loyal dedicated team the volunteers proudly involved in maintaining her and also looking into the future and seeing what the next step is for the locomotive. 

The film also provides a rich mixture of lineside, on-train and footplate footage from the Bournemouth Belle, Golden Arrow and Atlantic Coast Express in mostly glorious weather conditions.
