• Pocinho Dam just after departure (20 metres drop).
• Valeira Dam lunch time on first day (32 metres drop).
• Bagaúste Dam before arrival at Régua (27 metres drop).
• Carrapatelo Dam after lunch on second day (35 metres drop).
• Crestuma Dam late afternoon on second day (14 metres drop).
