Following many requests we are now selling a selection of Austrian Railway DVDs and Blu-rays available from Bahnorama. This documentary by Martin Fritz is a very special journey through time: In northern Bosnia, the coal and mining railways are still operated daily using steam. There are also regular exciting special trips on the main lines. The locomotives are relics of an era thought to be bygone. The rolling stock and tracks are in such a condition that they require constant repair to ensure smooth operation. It is impressive and awe-inspiring to see how naturally these giants, weighing several tons, are kept running under these conditions. This film is a MUST-SEE for all steam locomotive fans and for those who have no idea what steam operation really means today.
