Book 1: Scotland and Isle of Man covers the network north of the Border (generally as Network Rail’s Scotland Route), the railways of the Isle of Man and various Heritage lines.  It also includes the SPT Subway in Glasgow and Trams in Edinburgh.  Now in 8th edition (the first having been published in 1988), the maps are up to date as at the end of April 2026.

Book 2: Eastern, now increased to 76 pages, covers the network on the eastern side of Britain from London northwards to the Scottish Border.  It includes the areas generally as Network Rail's Eastern Region (excluding the MML and Notts/Derby/Leics areas appearing in Book 4) together with public service light rail Metro in Newcastle and SuperTram in Sheffield plus a number of Heritage and leisure lines. Fully updated from the previous edition, it also includes the re-opened Ashington line and various elements of the Trans-Pennine Route Upgrades in progress, as well as many other changes.

Book 3: Western & Wales covers the network from Paddington into the West Country and the lines throughout Wales. It includes the Core Valley lines maintained by Transport for Wales and also Crossrail from Westbourne Park to Pudding Mill Lane and Abbey Wood. Significant private railways and industrial concerns in the same geographic area are also shown. The maps include the latest features; Overhead Neutral Sections and platform lengths in metres for industrial users and closed signal boxes still in situ for enthusiasts..

Book 4: Midlands & NW covers the West Coast Main Line from London to the Scottish border and other lines forming the North West & Central Region of Network Rail, together with lines of the earlier East Midlands Route.  It includes the tram systems in Birmingham, Manchester and Nottingham together with a number of Heritage lines. New features for industrial users are Overhead Neutral Sections and platform lengths in metres and for enthusiasts, closed signal boxes still in situ.

Book 5: Southern & TfL covers the area of Network Rail’s Southern Region, TfL's Overground, Underground & London Trams and the Docklands Light Railway  This edition also includes the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1) and Euroteunnel in the entirety from St Pancras to Calais, as well as the Elizabeth Line and a number of Heritage and leisure lines.  The maps include the latest features; Overhead Neural Sections and platform lengths in metres for industrial users and closed signal boxes still in-situ for enthusiasts.  Details are generally up to date as at the end of August 2024.
