This product allows you to hop on board the footplate and travel between Froghall and Ipstones, featuring the visiting locomotive BR 4MT No.75014 ‘Braveheart’.
The British Railway 4-6-0 Standard Class 4 was built for use on the Western, Midland, and Southern regions of the recently nationalised rail network. They were extremely versatile mixed traffic locomotives, frequently used on passenger duties. No. 75014 was built in December 1951 in Swindon. The locomotive is now based at the Dartmouth Steam Railway and visited the Churnet Valley Railway during the early 2024 season. It was re-numbered during its stay to represent class members No.75033 and No.75035.
