In the summer of 1962, the late Brian Lockey visited Sweden & Finland on the R.C.T.S. rail tour of Scandinavia. This visit is well covered in the 1st half of this production.

In the Autumn of 1970, Brian visited Denmark and this time with the Railway Enthusiasts Club and this is covered in the second half of this program. Steam locos including Log Burners in Finland in action cover the majority of the 65 minutes, but we do see diesel and DMUs which were part of the scene at the time.
