The Centenary of the City and South London Railway was celebrated in 1990 and a short study is seen of the remains and an original locomotive arrives at the L.T. Museum for an exhibition.

On the actual day of the anniversary a "Centenary" train runs special trips.

Another great event was the extension of the Docklands Light Railway Underground to Bank.

A big feature shows the tunnelling etc. and eventual opening day with the trains running on the wrong line due to only one tunnel in service.

The revival of steam trains on the Metropolitan is seen, briefly, at Chesham and Amersham, etc.

An abandoned Underground station is visited - the old Holborn Tram Subway Station.

To end this DVD, a study is made of the new stock for the Central Line.

The 1986 (1992) trial trains are seen running on the Jubilee line - even spending one afternoon on the Aldwych branch.
