Description
London Underground's Central Line links West Ruislip in Middlesex with Epping in Essex and runs through a varied landscape - from deep level tube tunnels to some very pleasant countryside.
In the first of this two-part series, we start with a brief history of the Central Line from its opening in 1900. We then look at the various types of tube stock that has operated on the route from 1938 to the present day.
In the main part of our presentation, we explore the railway from West Ruislip and Ealing Broadway to Oxford Circus showing numerous trackside views along the way. With the variety of station architecture on the route, we also take the opportunity to examine these attractive and well-maintained buildings. There is also a comprehensive guide with detailed maps indicating photographic hotspots located on public property.
With an informative commentary, visual graphics and over 80 minutes of exciting train action, this is a show that you won't want to miss!
