The Ffestiniog Railway in the 21st Century is a major tourist attraction very much a part of North Wales and in particular the towns of Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

Today the railway operates throughout much of the year introducing visitors to the beauty of Snowdonia in all seasons.

This films looks at the whole route of the railway as seen by the passenger, visiting each station in turn.

Attention is paid to the Victorian train and the Guest Driver programme.

An extra feature is a ride up the line on the footplate of 'Blanche'.
